2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered if the project has not yet started. Once work has commenced, payments are generally non-refundable.

- Completed projects or partially delivered work
- Approved milestones already delivered
- Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide materials or feedback
- Custom work already initiated based on client instructions
4. Revisions Instead of Refunds
Where applicable, clients may request revisions according to their selected package. We aim to resolve issues fairly and professionally before considering any refund request.
5. Subscription / Ongoing Services
Monthly or recurring services such as SEO, marketing, or maintenance are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the service period has started.
